A week of exciting trail maintenance on the ALT.

Join us for our biggest event of the year, W5! Come spend the week, weekend, or however long you can! Camping will be located at East Fork Campground and is 10 dollars a night for tents, or car camping, facilities (wifi, showers, etc.) are located on-site. Work will commence at 9 am every morning, and after a short safety briefing, we'll divide into crews for the day’s work.

We have several projects this year to accomplish. Two reroutes on the Allegheny Trail, are flagged out and need brushed. Also some other maintenance and sign construction as well! Plenty of activities for a busy week of work. No experience is necessary, we have a job for everyone!

Our annual member meeting to elect officers for 2025 will be held on Saturday, June 21st.

This year the W5 will be held in Durbin, WV. Durbin is the middle of the ALT and allows for easy access to both Section 2 and Section 3.

** Most workdays run from 8:30am-4pm, there will be some half day options as well.

** WVSTA Team Leaders will make teams for workdays.

** Dinners will start at 6:00pm and will have some giveaways!  Please let us know if you will be attending dinners so we can plan accordingly.

As a reminder, WVSTA members have an opportunity to VOTE once a year at the annual meeting and impact the future of WVSTA.  This year the annual meeting will be held on Sat June 21st.  Valid membership required, ID may be requested.  We look forward to seeing you in a few weeks!
